This tenuous irrigation system delivers a bare trickle of water to the acacia trees planted in the entry plaza of the CAP water Treatment plant. The questionable flow of water meandering through the sandstone channel strikes a contrast to the massive Central Arizona Project that supplies water from the Colorado River to this facility.
